5 Years and counting

Today is the 5 year anniversary of the nuptials between Eric and myself. It's been...unexpected, thrilling and so much more than I had ever hoped for. I am so lucky to have such a wonderful man as my husband and the father of my child. I love him more today than I did last week or even 5 years ago, and I am so excited to spend eternity falling for him even more. I love you Eric!

Tiernan Turns One

Tiernan's birthday was yesterday. Our lovely friend Tammy Bennett took some pictures. The one here is currently on my binder that I take to school, so I can look at my handsome boy when feeling a little overwhelmed or tired :)

You may recognize the location in the beginning and/or the top I am wearing. We went to the same place that we took pictures just hours before Tiernan came to our arms exactly one year ago. I also wore the same shirt to add to the nostalgia. It was really special for us!

Cruisin'

No pics right now - getting ready to go to school for practice homework (aka massage exchange). BUT I had to post and tell you that Tiernan is officially pulling himself up on EVERYTHING stationary. And he started cruisin' furniture this week. Next step: HEL-Just kidding :)

He's just growing up so fast. I know I always felt that way about my nieces and nephews...but man it goes so much faster with your own.

We are alive and kickin'

So Eric is getting into a groove at work, 3 weeks of school under my belt and life is great. Enjoy the pictures:

I love these pictures from his days with Nana Tina. Makes me feel like I am with him even when at work.

Tiernan loves Kaiser...Or I should say loves pulling out Kaiser's hair :P

Tiernan LOVES to bite this pink pillow we have which has beads in it instead of regular stuffing. He gets these wide eyes, opens his mouth really huge and dives into the pillow. He comes back up looking like this picture :)

New Hair Do & Food pics

So here's the pic of my hair the night before I cut. And this is the reason I cut it: TOO LONG for TOO LONG: (Eric thought I had a wig on that night when I came to bed...)

So it's been a while

And a LOT has happened since I posted in May. I think we should all count ourselves lucky if I will get one post done per month. I start back to school in less than a month, to become a massage therapist. I AM SO EXCITED but I am not as excited to realize my time will be non existent. We can talk more about that later.

Highlights of the last 5 weeks:

* Eric got the word that he will finally start at TriMed Ambulance. GO HONEY!!! He starts the same day I start school.

* Mom watched Ethan while Kevin & Shawn went to Europe. She had a blast and was sad to leave her Ethan.

* I chopped my hair off and got enrolled in school.

* Tiernan totally sits on his own and so well. He is days away from crawling.

* He has 3 more teeth that have cut through but are not all the way down yet.

* He's eating a lot more solid food and loosing interest with the bottle.

....And he gets cuter everyday!!
